For imagery and videography, at least 48 hours' notice is required. 

An invoice will be sent for a non-refundable 50% deposit which must be paid before services are provided.

For lead generation and property listings full made must be made at the time of booking.

If you are supplying your own imagery it must be deemed to be an acceptable standard, failure to supply acceptable images will result in your website, rebranding or property listing not going live, and no refund will be made. For this reason, we strongly suggest booking one of our professional photography packages.

Lead generation is paid for in advance, leads will be generated via different methods including paid-for and targeted social media campaigns and google retargeting campaigns. We are unable to verify the position of the leads we generate, however they will all have completed a targeted form based on your specific campaign needs. Leads will be generated over 30 days, it is not unusual for leads to take time to build up as our algorithms can take time to find the right buyer profile.

A minimum order of 10 leads is required and any leads not generated will be refunded at the same amount as the cost per lead charged. for example, if you purchase 10 leads and receive 8 a refund of 2 leads will be refunded.
